EIGHTREE 5GHz Smart Plug, 15A Smart Outlet Compatible with Alexa & Google Home
The EIGHTREE Mini Smart Plug has garnered a predominantly positive reception among customers, particularly for its ease of setup and compatibility with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks. Users appreciate the intuitive Smart Life app, which seamlessly recognizes the plugs, allowing for quick integration into existing systems. This dual-band capability marks a significant upgrade over many competing products, as it effectively eliminates prior issues with connectivity that plagued users migrating from older 2.4GHz-only smart plugs. Testimonies emphasize the solid performance and reliability of the plugs, highlighting features such as energy monitoring, scheduling, and the ability to control devices remotely. Users report satisfaction with the clarity of the setup instructions, swift device recognition, and robust energy monitoring features that allow them to track power Consumption and costs associated with running various appliances. This transparency in energy usage is a significant selling point for those looking to manage household energy Consumption more effectively. However, concerns have surfaced regarding the longevity of some units, with a few customers experiencing failures after a relatively short usage period. This has raised apprehension about the overall durability of the product, especially given that the price point is not the lowest on the market. In summary, while the EIGHTREE Mini Smart Plug delivers an excellent user experience with essential features for smart home automation, potential reliability issues could be an area for improvement. **
