The vertical design keeps the ribs off the grill surface, preventing sticking and burning as well as providing ample room to apply your favorite baste during smoking. Best of all, there's room for up to 7 racks of pork and/or beef ribs, making sure none of your dinner guests leaves hungry (or without leftovers).
