About This Item
Easily manage multiple sensors with the SparkFun Qwiic Mux Breakout - 8 Channel TCA9548A. If you've ever encountered the problem of having too many sensors with the same I2C address, this breakout board is the perfect solution. The Qwiic Mux Breakout allows you to connect multiple I2C devices with the same address, enabling seamless communication between them.
With the ability to configure up to eight addresses of its own, you can have up to 64 I2C buses on a single connection. This makes it incredibly convenient to interface with multiple devices without any address conflicts. Setting up this multiplexer is a breeze, thanks to the exclusive use of I2C communication and SparkFun's handy Qwiic system. No need for complicated wiring or programming.
Plus, the Qwiic Mux Breakout features jumper selectable addresses, allowing you to change the last three bits of the address byte.
