While the lock does its job and is very secure, some users have experienced difficulties with the locking mechanism, with the tumbler sometimes getting in a weird position that makes it impossible to lock/unlock. Some also found it hard to remove the key from the lock. Overall, the Kryptonite Keeper 12mm U-Lock with FlexFrame-U Bracket is a strong and secure option for those looking for a bike lock.
