Amtech Sharpening Stones AM-E2300 Editorial Review
The Cigar Sharpening Stone, designed with a 12" (300mm) silicone carbide surface, is intended to offer an extra fine grit for precision sharpening tasks. While the product claims to be effective for sharpening tools like scythes and sickles, customer feedback presents a mix of experiences, primarily focusing on the quality and integrity of the stone itself. Several users praised the sharpness and performance of the stone once in use. One customer noted its efficacy in sharpening tools, expressing satisfaction with the results. However, the overall reception of the product is marred by reports of durability issues. Complaints about the stone arriving in poor condition, often shattered or roughly shaped with an inConsistent surface, suggest a lack of quality control. Additionally, the packaging has drawn criticism; it is described as inadequate for protecting the stone during transit, resulting in damage for some users. While the product seems to perform well when intact, the experiences of multiple customers indicate that the quality and packaging need significant improvement for a more reliable user experience. **
